Refund policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Change of mind after 7 days

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened earphones or hygiene-related items

  • Clearance or discounted products

  • Digital products (if added in future)

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. You must report damage within 24 hours of delivery with photos or video proof.
