At iPhones By Mansab, we aim to deliver your orders safely and efficiently throughout our available delivery areas in Pakistan.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after they have been received and, where necessary, confirmed by our team.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, payment verification, public holidays, and order volume.

2. Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery time is generally 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier service.

Remote locations and busy periods may require additional time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

Any free-shipping promotion will apply according to its stated terms.

4. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available where offered at checkout.

Customers should provide a valid phone number and complete address and remain available to receive the parcel and pay the confirmed amount.

5. Order Confirmation

We may contact customers by phone or WhatsApp to verify order details before dispatch. Orders with incomplete or incorrect information may be delayed or cancelled where appropriate.

6. Tracking and Delivery Updates

Where tracking is available, tracking details may be shared after dispatch. Delivery updates may also be provided by the courier.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional charges or a new delivery attempt may apply if a parcel cannot be delivered because of incorrect details or repeated failed delivery attempts, where permitted by law.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery where possible. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and provide your order number, photographs, and relevant details.

We will review the issue under our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

9. Delays Outside Our Control

Delivery may be affected by weather, courier disruptions, public holidays, security restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will assist with available tracking and delivery information.
